1. Prime Contracting Frameworks
Harris & Williams executes all prime works under standard industry construction contracts, typically the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Standard Building Contract with Quantities or Intermediate Building Contract, adapted for private residential and boutique commercial fit-outs.
2. Professional Indemnity & Contractors All Risks
We carry comprehensive Contractors All Risks (CAR) insurance, Public Liability cover up to £10,000,000, and specialist Professional Indemnity coverage for contractor-designed MEP, structural, and waterproofing portions. Full insurance certificates are issued to the appointing studio and contract administrator prior to site possession.
3. Variation & Cost Transparency
We operate with open-book clarity on design revisions. No site variation or additional trade expenditure is initiated without a written, costed Variation Instruction signed by the appointing interior designer or contract administrator.
4. Website Content & Intellectual Property
